Greetings from TATA Business Support Services.

 We are hiring for Customer Care Executives for International Non-Voice Process @ Chennai. Only Direct walk ins will be considered.
Remuneration: 1.80 lakhs to 3 lakhs/annum
Nature of Job:
Customer Care Executives will provide online chat/mail support to US customers.
Handling queries/complaints of customers through mail/chat.

Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customers issue

Skills Required:
Technical Skills Ability to use company network and environments
Ability to navigate web applications using internet explorer
Basic level competence with Microsoft excel
Soft Skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise & accurate statements
Good understanding of etiquette for written communications
Strong customer focus (Ability to emphatize & prioritize customer needs)
Ability to handle irate customers
Good Probing Skills 80% proficiency on a scale of 1-100
Decision Making Skills 80% proficiency on a scale of 1-100
Ability to multi-task managing multiple conversations simultaneously

Flexible to work in night shift

Keyboarding Skills Minimum typing speed skills of 30 words per minute
Qualification Graduation or equivalent certificate from a recognized university
