Job Description

  • Monitoring Target vs achievement and formulate strategy for strengthing the weak dealers & stockists to achieve the target.
  • Based on market analysis, identification of customer needs for accessories requirement and coordinate for development.
  • Continuous monitoring of inventory status and formulate strategy to reduce inventory carrying cost simulteneously ensuring availability of parts to customer.
  • Tracking of unresolved customer complain and taking suitable action to resolve the same.
  • Develop and upgrade parts operation guide to establish efficient parts system and infrastructure at dealers as suggested inprovement in SOG.
  • Making stratigic plan for Retailer’s & POW’s Meet
  • Review and ensuring availibility of C Forms, Road permits (were applicable) from the network with area incharge
  • Timely organise training to the parts manager, and HEAD owner for inventory management and parts business
  • Ensuring CIP norms implementation at stockistship, Gemba at network
  • New stockist prospecting,based on market potential, interview, and finalisation of stockist
  • Coordinate with HMI for smooth parts supply, commercial transaction, SPCR resolution and payments issues.
  • Ensuring availibility of Oil, Battery & Tyre at all network cooridination supplier to ensure proper supply and to achieve the desired sales target.
  • Continuous monitoring of cost of sales including travel and other expenses and formulate strategies to optimise the same.
  • Establishment of Parts Network based on sales potential.
  • Visit to the newly inugurated network for dry run and improving ststem at existing network
