Responsible for planning and loading of manpower, achieving the set production standard(s) on the designated assembly.
Responsible for ensuring execution of parameter check(s), NDT, JIG & P-Y check and filing of the same in accordance with the prescribed format in the IMS.
Undertaking & monitoring the “root-cause analysis” of defects in PDI.
Maintaining & ensuring adherence to all the required & prescribed PPEs by the operators, maintaining 5S on line, and, training of new and existing operators with the purpose of multi-skilling them.
Carrying 5S & safety activities, participation in TPM activities, and, ensuring 100% team participation in the system adherence required for kaizen activities / meetings .
Salary: INR 2,50,000 – 3,50,000 P.A
