Job Description

Role Description:

The role has the ownership of identifying learning priorities for the India Business Units in consultation with business leaders and the implementation of appropriate learning solutions in line with the 70-20-10 principle, in order to facilitate the achievement of business results.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Interface with business leaders and the HR Business Partners to identify learning needs for the India BUs, primarily in the area of Technical Skills Development

Carry out training needs and analysis studies in association with line managers and leaders to determine learning requirements and possible solutions

Plan and release monthly training calendar to be published to the members.

Consult with business leaders to diagnose performance problems and come up with solutions to address them

Drive nominations for the training interventions: to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills and thorough knowledge of the service offerings to be able to bring in nominations into our various programs.

Communicate course enrollment procedures, training schedule details and pre-requisites to participants, faculty, and vendors.

Have thorough knowledge of LMS module / Folklore to be able to create programs, update and modify programs as per needs, enter, extract and generate required specialized data-to ensure a robust tracking system to capture members learning progress.

Forecast and manage the learning & development budget for the year while also assessing the return on investment

Identify and continuously track key metrics of performance of various training and performance consulting interventions and to ensure overall effectiveness of the initiatives Engage with training partners / vendors and continuously assess them for effectiveness

Should be able to analyze and draw inferences from data to enable decision making

Consolidation of program feedback, collect course evaluations, and run related reports

Maintain records of attendance/completion and assessments

Manage payment to vendors for the trainings and have thorough knowledge of the various internal billing systems to ensure the delivery of the payment to the vendors/service providers

Certifications: Giving the information about various internal and external certifications available, maintaining the record of Internal and External certifications completed by members and allocating them the respective training hours credit, Collection of the required documents from the members for the reimbursement of certification course fees.
